- 1 / 5By DavisoI enjoy Subway restaurants but this one is terrible. Probably the worst Subway I have ever been into and clearly being poorly managed.
To start the floors and tables were visibly nasty upon walking in. While in line I noticed they were out of several vegetables, the remaining veges looked wilted and gross and they could hardly scrap together a sandwich, only one brand of chips and less than 10 bags, soda machine was broken,out of apple slices, no milk for kids and they were out of napkins. Seriously, who runs out of napkins. Not a very good place to bring your kids. They said owner missed placed his supplies order...
People that came in behind us were leaving before they finished ordering because how gross it looked. I came in with my children and they needed to use the bathroom, urine everywhere on the floors and toilet and there was no toilet paper. I had to ask for it. Absolutely disgusting.
I will not be coming back until there is new management or new ownership. Its embarrassing to the town of Berthoud.June 30, 2016
